MEET STEPH:
When I walk into the room and see all the people ready to join me in POUND it makes my heart feel happy. I get to help them, encourage them, and motivate them to keep going while having fun the entire time. I love the interaction of providing them with confidence to push themselves to work out with out even realizing that is what they are doing. The music is going, the sticks pounding, and the energy in the room is such an amazing feeling. I feel when I am pushing them to do there best, they are also pushing me to do my best. I keep things up beat, entertaining, fun, and just want everyone to feel like themselves during POUND and do what they can do.

Every day is a gift. The opportunity to start the day or end it with the best workout you could give yourself.... is priceless. The best part about teaching is Connecting with You. From the person in the back left corner to the student who, every week, comes front and center... I see You and I want to help you develop the best version of yourself. In class we work hard- a celebration of what our bodies can do. The journey, how you get there, what you leave at the door or bring in with you, serves as your motivation. It's what takes the class from being just a workout, to transforming it into an experience. The reward is in The Connection. The Push. The Dance. The Indomitable Spirit that resides within each of us. I see you. I feel the energy and excitement that builds throughout the course of class-- you can almost reach out and grab it!!!!
